Masoor Dal Tadka

Pressure Cooker: Masoor Dal (1:2 water) + Tomatoes + (Chilli + ginger + garlic) paste + turmeric

After the above is cooked add lemon juice + garam masala

Tadka: Oil + cumin seeds + mustard seeds + whole red chilli + hing + curry leaves + turmeric + onions

Don't put the two together until the very end, before eating
