Tomato Pachadi

One of S's favorite pachadis. Its very yummy and can stay good for some time.

Paste: Oil + mustard seeds + methi seeds + cumin seeds + green chilies + red chilies

Oil + tomato pieces --> fry until oil oozes out. The more time its fried for the better it is

Paste: Oil + tomato pieces(from above) + salt + tamarind

Takda (optional) : Mustard seeds + hing + red chilies + curry leaves + minna pappu

Combine everything
