Tomato Masala Stuffed Eggplant Kura

Paste: 1 tomato + 1 onion + ginger + 4 garlic pods + tamarind + 6 cashews + 1/2 sp. red chilli powder + 1 sp. coriander powder + 1/4 sp. garam masala

Stuff and cook in oil, once halfway cooked...add water to leftover masala and add to the above kura
