A unique combination of vegetables makes up this recipe. P hates anapakaya but loves capsicum! S also hates anapakaya...he kinda likes capsicum but thinks it doesn't go well with him...hmmmm...overall everyone liked this curry!
Bottle gourd Capsicum Curry
Oil + cumin seeds + mustard seeds + turmeric + anapakaya + capsicum + salt + chilli powder + tomatoes
That's it! Such a simple recipe :)
