Today I made eggplant fry...came across the recipe and decided to give it a try. Unfortunately it didn't come out well as I added way too much salt, however this is a nice recipe that would work well
Eggplant Fry
Chop up eggplant is round circles
Mix:
Chilli powder + turmeric + salt + rice flour
Dust the eggplant with the above mixture and fry them in mustard oil
Done!
