Yesterday after a while I cooked again. I made Vankai (yet again). This time it was a different recipe--eggplant with ginger and green chill paste. Its truly a classic that I have made before with capsicum and can be easily adapted here. Unfortunately yesterday I put too much salt in the curry :|
Vankai--alamm pachimirapakaya kharam kura
Oil + mustard seeds + yellow gram + black grams + hing + turmeric + ginger and green chili paste(coarse paste) + vankai
That's it! It's very simple recipe and easy to made. Forgot to take a pic.
