Cauliflower Capsicum Curry

N doesn't like cauliflower much--I was thinking of trying out a new recipe to see if he may like it a bit better. While scouring the internet I came across a recipe that uses cauliflower with capsicum. I took the recipe but adopted it to make it my own.

As it turned out--it seemed like N enjoyed it :) I was happy!

Cauliflower Capsicum Curry

Boil cauliflowers in water using microwave or on the stove. Add turmeric to the water when doing that.

I didn't do this when I made it, however same can be done with capsicum.

Both veg. need not be too cooked--par boiled would be perfect.

Fry the cauliflowers and capsicum in oil until the cauliflower become golden brown.

Separately in oil add:

Cumin seeds + onions + chilli powder + turmeric + garam masala + little bit of kasuri methi

Add in the fried cauliflower + capsicum

Keep on stove until everything is cooked.

Done

If low on time the frying step of the main veggies can be skipped.
