Thotakoora Perugu Pachadi

Along with the Aloo Posto we also made Thotakoora Perugu Pachadi for Father's Day. We have fresh thotakoora growing in the backyard which was wonderful to use.

Thotakoora Perugu Pachadi

Chop spinach into tiny pieces and cook up. We cooked it in the microwave for a minute or so.

Add salt and turmeric in yogurt and keep aside

In oil:

Mustard seeds + coriander seeds +  lots of hing + red chili peppers + chopped green chili

Add all three components together

Done!
