Starting out this new blog as a place where I can store and place a few fragments of my everyday life.
I will start my first post with a recipe I tried out today. It was a hit among A and P :)
The reason I picked out to try this recipe is because its a vegetable that's one of S's favs. He isn't a fan of many vegetables--but dondakay is one of his fav. I am trying to gather some recipes of his fav vegetables so I can cook varieties that he can enjoy.
Dondakay Pakoda Curry
Mix: Besan + rice flour + chilli powder + salt + Ginger Garlic paste + Dondakay pieces
Keep aside for 10-15 min.
Fry this mixture in oil--deep fry. And keep aside on paper towel
Separately fry: Mustard seeds + yellow and black grams + cumin seeds + hing + dried red peppers + curry leaves + Peanuts
Mix this with the first mix. Curry is ready!
