Update on the water regimen and garlic corainder rice

So I have successfully completed 4 full days of the water regimen. yayy! Honestly, that's better then I expected. It hasn’t been too hard so far and I feel it will only get easier. As for benefits--so far havent noticed any significant results however I do feel digestion may be a tiny bit better.
Alright on to a recipe...last week I helped A make garlic rice...as we didnt feel like peeling toooo many garlics we also incorporated some coriander into the rice. It was pretty nice. The recipe is super easy and works best with leftover rice.

In oil put in cumin seeds + black gram + red peppers + finely chopped garlic pieces + red chilli pepper + turmeric and after some time finely chopped coriander leaves and the leftover cooked rice.

Yohoo! That's it!

Here I ate my garlic rice with some yogurt + pickle...I also added some raw onion pieces on top. Onions make everything better! Yum yum!
