Rajma Masala

Rajma is the ultimate comfort food. Its super delicious over rice and also tastes great with roti/naan, etc.
Everyone at home loves Rajma...and its one of my personal favs. I asked S if he liked Rajma...he told me he likes them if it has some masala/ginger/garlic, etc..he doesnt liked the taste of plain rajma.

Below is the recipe of the version I made.

Rajma Masala:

I used canned kidney beans...easy to use.

Temper:

In oil add cumin seeds + ginger/garlic paste + green chilies + turmeric + small cut onions + tomato paste(tomato puree can be used, or fresh tomato paste) + garam masala + rajma + water as needed + salt

Before serving add in chopped coriander.

That's it :)
